The petrolatum anticorrosive tape is stable composition with good flexibility and plasticity. The flexibility feature of the system without curing, hardening and cracking is able to adapt thermal expansion and shrinkage of work piece for long term seal protection. No volatile toxic and harmful components are in the system in conformity with strict international requirement for environment protection. It can be used at cavity of valve, flange to improve irregularity of parks for smooth winding oily band with good sealing.Its material is imported, which consists of paraffine, special preservtive, filler, synthetic fiber.
Application Instruction:
Eliminate the attatchments such as welding slag, burr, oil, dirt and so on. After rusting, please handle the defect in the surface of the steel pine, such as the dust and the abrasive material to keep the surface dry.Painting primer. The primer painted on the steel pine should be painted entirely, no bubble, clot and sagging.(Manual painting: 10-12 square meter pipeline area/ per primer. Machanical spraying: 18-20 square meter pipeline area/ per primer.Tape winding: when you unfold the roll ,you shhoud keep the temperature not less than 5°C. When you start to operate, you should keep the temperature of the anti-corrotive layer not less than -5°C. ( It has been proved that rolling can be operated in the temperature of -30°C. However, you should keep the temperature of unfolding the tape.) To the weld joint, you’d better use the narrow tape about 30mm-50mm to strenghth it and put certain pressure by your hand or wooden tool on the surface.Specifications:
